SBPORSCHE is infamous around these parts
low tire pressure warning

So I just got MPSS installed and lowered the PSI to the "one passenger weight" of 34/38. The TPM does not read 38 though ....only 37 or 39......So I put it at 37 and now have the red exclamation mark !
I filled the tires up to 42 in the rear and the warning is still there....tells me I still need to put in 4PSI
Any way to clear this?
Do you guys running the "lower" psi just live with the warnings?
Ideally I'd like to run 34/38..which shows 34/37 on the monitor. Any advice?
Previously I'd run the "fully loaded" psi without issue..and the tires lasted 10k to the bars and14k to slicks....they wore very evenly in rear, and fronts only wore down on the outside shoulder blocks. Maybe I'll just stick with the higher PSI......but so many of you strongly reccomend lower pressures....so I thought I'd give it a shot. Thanks in advance

Need to update the load information for the TPM. For the 997.2, there is a "partial load" option under TPM/Load that is set with the on board computer lever, pg 150-151 of the 09 997.2 manual. This should clear the warning. Same is true for the 07 997.1, but the function is called TPC (pg 132).

Hope you like the MPSS. My set have been working great!

I would recommend running the Porsche recommended tires pressures. I run 36 (front) and 44 PSI (Rear) on my 997.1 C4S. The tires have been wearing off very evenly.

Changing to Partial load setting fixed the problem- all the errors went away.
Thank you very much for the answer!!!!
