TT pricing?

I've talked to a couple of dealers about 997.1 TT's and had them drop prices $5-7k at the drop of a hat from listed prices - numbers I would have thought not even reachable from listing prices. Are prices for '07-09's getting soft? I'm pretty surprised and not sure what real market is. I've seen that Mannheim prices for '09's are mid80's - well below the prices car are listed for (mid 90's). Seems like there is more room to bargain than I thought. Anyone have similar experiences? Looking to make a deal on a car and hoping not to get taken.

I've been watching eBay prices. I wanted either GT3 or TT from 07-08. What I found was that GT3 prices are holding firm and most good examples sell quick. The TT pricing is softening with cars taking a long time to sell. Most of the GT3s I have bid on have sold in the last few months. The 2 at low $70's have been hit or repainted. The perfect TTs that I have tracked are mostly still for sale. One started buy it now price at $79K. 07 with 12k miles and full carbon interior. Now down to about $75K....highest bid I've seen is low $70's for the actual car. It's been reposted on ebay 4 times!

Conclusion.....TT prices are dropping. Be patient. They'll be under $70k soon!

Wow, pp or dealer car? CPO? I'm thinking 80s for a coupe should well be possible, even with CPO.

GT3's are the last of a breed, prices will remain firm until the 991 GT3 comes out. Even at 70's-80's they are great deals.
