Wind noise, need help - dealer says it's a mirror

I have a 2010 4s - there is a whistling coming from, what I thought was the door. Took it to the dealer, they said the ClearBra shield has been applied incorrectly on the mirror, causing the wind noise? They said I need to get it removed and redone, or take it off completely - any ever hear of this? I'm having trouble believing it.

Thanks in advance.

With your window rolled up you would NEVER hear the small piece of clear bra film on the mirror!Sounds like your dealer is blowin smoke!Have you inspected the mirror to see if film was tight? How could that minute piece cause a whistle? Maybe a small flapping noise? But I even doubt that! You could always remove it (test it out)then replace.
