cost for replacing clutch&flywheel @dealer?

It depends on how the car is being used. I would never put anything except an OEM flywheel on a car that is daily driven. Driveability goes way down with a lightweight flywheel and most people hate it off the track.

And again... There is normally no need to replace a flywheel with a clutch. If the shop is telling you this before tearing it down, they are just trying to make extra money off you.
