So had my p4s for 18 months... thinking about getting a 997 in its place. Love the p4s. Kids are older so four seater not essential. Am I going to be amazed by the change or neutral or will I miss the p4s.. Those who made the change into a 997 what say you?

thought so, I had a panamera 4s service loaner for 2 weeks, while the extra space was welcome, i missed the agility and drive feel of my 997.2 c4s after a week ...

 

Had a Panamera S for 6 months, went back to a Carrera, and, while it was a wonderful car, the 911 is more fun to drive! I just figured as long as I could physically get in and out of a 911 I would have one. Also, I never got over having a 4 door sedan (even thought it was a Porsche) without a spare tire! You will enjoy having a 997.

 

Have the best of both worlds.....give the wife your P4S and get yourself a 997

 

Lol. Offered my wife the p4s. She wants the range rover instead. Go figure.
