was looking at prices for a techart type 3 wing. is it just me or does 3500 + ship + paint + install seem a little steep for a spoiler.

thats the p-car tax. Precision porsche makes a replica of that wing for $1200.

check NR auto, Misha or precision porsche for wings- good quality- half the price

this one is cheap but not so sure about the company, some complaints that were never resolved on a quick web search. anyone have experience with them?

this is the same company as GT3 TEK i think, they are very reputable & never heard of anyone having issues with them

Yup its a narrow body, I think I was one of the OG's of the 997TT wing to none Turbo cars back then.... fits great and looks amazig IMO. Sold the car, wish I never sold it....I still have a wing addiction on my new car... swapping out this Turbo S wing fo ra base 993TT wing shortly....(plus removiong the side skirts)...

In regards to useful content, I would love to see your significant contributions as well (although some may consider 6 threads per day about bolt on wings helpful)

I'm not sure how you're coming up with $10k as a rough estimate to add a turbo wing? Based on what I've seen you could probably pull it off for around $5k-6k.

Turbo Wing Cost Breakdown
$1500-2500 (used wing) search and you'll find one
$300 (roughly) new harness specific to turbo wing
$2000 paint
$5k-6k out the door (if your not the DIY install type then figure more for labor)

Some tweaking is involved in getting the ducts to align correctly but from what I've read it's nothing major.
