Mine does the same thing. A fix would be nice to hear about.

 

Just a thought,, I d have Porsche look at that because if I think the tensioning system inside has to be working properly in case it s needed moving forward. Maybe there is a safe fix that would be good to know,,,, anyone? Subscribed.

My car is still under warranty, so I mention it at the next service

 

Don't seat belts have a lifetime warranty? I remember hearing this once.

 

Not unless Porsche changed policies. I had the same problem on my Boxster (after I was out of warranty) a few years ago and this was not covered under any warranty. And replacement belts are expensive
