intermittent tpms failure

So yesterday my tpms sensor started going out. The cars system just said tpms failure, and showed no readings on all 4 tires. it would randomly come back on. not sure if the freezing temps have anything to do with it though, it was about 29 degrees outside.

Mine also acted that way before they went out. There was a thread a while back about replacement sensors. I ended up buying them from OE Wheels, $164 for all 4.

When you replace the tires around the 4-5 year mark (maybe longer if you drive less often and have the new sensors that only consume power when the wheels are spinning), replace all 4 sensors as well.
