Breeks is infamous around these parts
Transmission Emergency Run

Had my 911 two months and the "Transmission Emergency Run" light has come on three times. Took it in to the dealer Tuesday to have it checked out and results were bad sensor on the PDK transmission. So now I'm in waiting mode while a new part is shipped in. Looks like will get car back next Tuesday.

Worst part of the deal is they gave me a Toyota Corolla loaner

Have another car to drive so just used the Corolla to get from dealer to home and its sitting in the driveway until I drive back to the dealer. What a piece of crap it is.

Planning on driving the 911 to San Francisco and back from Orange County at the end of the month so hope this clears up all problems. Don't want to get stuck in the middle of the Salinas Valley.

But you don't want to get stuck somewhere 74 miles from the nearest gas station along the Coast! But I do agree, it's one nice - loooong - ride for sure!

Going to take 101 all the way up. Stopping at Pismo Beach to visit friends. Might come back down coast Highway 1 through Big Sur depending on weather. Have plenty of time, no set return date. Only concern is no spare tire. But didn't buy car to sit in garage.
