GTS has more power and torque over the C2S and C4S.
GT2 and GT3 are much more powerful and faster on the track, but less comfortable on the street.

The GTS is a great street 911 that is very capable on the occasional track day.

Just as the RS 4.0 is the last hurrah for the GT3 line that has extra stuff, the same could be said for the GTS for the carrera line. It has special things like having the widebody of the C4/C4S/turbo while having 2wd, centerlock wheels, power kit, PSE and alcantara package as standard features, special front bumper and side skirts. There might be more things, but those are the ones that I can remember right now.

I know people who live in a $10,000,000 house but have 2 old Mercedes that are only worth $10K each. I have to be somewhat careful with not looking overly flashy or showy...but it hasn't kept me from enjoying the 911 on the side.
When I meet clients I usually know which car to bring. For high end listings or showings you bet I'm going to bring the GTS.

thanx Hak, can't believe those things are faster than a turbo......that's already quite fast!
