I mean....really? If you have to ask that question you probably ought to be driving a Civic. I just find it incomprehensible that anyone who actually owns a Porsche would ask that question unless they are an oil billionaire and in a position where money has no value at all to them. Sorry.

This is a weekend car just to have fun, loads of fun. When I said I take it to The limit, it does not mean I go to The rev limiter to invade my driving, I take it to 7000 rpm, The limit is on 7200, and not before that I always check For The oil level to be on top and For The ideal engine temperature before making The car give me all The pleasure it was build For. I just want to know if out there is someone Having The Same amount of fun as me. By The way, I dont track it and I dont go further Than 220 km/h.

Yes, most of us let the old girl stretch her legs every once in a while when it's safe... just not 'all the time' like your original post seemed to imply. I can't imagine redlining it up the hill to drop my kids off at school.

But yes, I have fun driving Angeles Crest at least once a month. But for me it's not so much about racing up to redline, but more about following the proper line, trail braking, heel-toe technique, and powering out of the turn smoothly.

I still want to know your gas mileage, because that will tell us how hard you flog her. Also how are the roads in Colombia?

Let's look at formula ones idling at around 4000rpms!
Spirited driving at given times can be quite exhilarating and satisfying! :-)

I would hate to ride with you as I'm assuming you're not WOT to redline, but just don't change gears until you finally are able reach redline in gear. The 3.2L Audi TT DSG in sport mode was the same. It would hold the gear until redline, and once you dropped rpms enough it downshifted to keep you high in the rpm range. It was insane to drive that way, albeit entertaining, and thirsty.

I think you failed to truly explain your driving style and most thought you were WOT in every gear to redline, which is impossible until the day you have our own planet without traffic, curves, pedestrians, etc.

Would you kindly share your VIN with us so that, when your car comes off of lease, we can all know to avoid it...
