Speaking of keys, why does Porsche issue two types of keys with each car (like shown in the above post thumbnail) and not two identical keys like other car makers? If it's to save money, then how much are they saving, really? Seems like a semi-high end car like Porsche would pull out the stops on at least the keys they give you at delivery.

Correct - when I bought the car only had one key (silver) so I bought a new one for the second key.
