Alcantara - Like/Disklike it?

Funny as it may but I once bought a brand new pair of Levi's Jeans (indigo boot cut) and a pair of suede boots. After an hour, the boots had a blue ring where the seams rubbed against the suede. The brand new boots were trashed.
You don't have to sweat. The dye will transfer by the rubbing action.
I guess I am just a purist: longing for real leather and made in the USA Levi's

You're too frank.
Take this as a joke, but sometimes I think the alcantara needs those fuzzy dice hanging from the rear view mirror.
P.S.,
Be as it may, I have had 7 Porsches And love them all. I hope that one day, I can move to a 991 (with or without Alcantara).
I see lots of people wearing true religion, seven for mankind, nudie, etc. brand of designer jeans. Never seen levis or wranglers in years. Everyone I see is into $100 bucks or more designer brand jeans.
Probably depends on the age of the crowd. I'm an old fart and would never pay $100+ for a pair of jeans. Levis fine with me.
My kids wear Tr and so did their cousins who are 5 years older. The cousins recently switched to Levi's straight leg.
I'm 45 and consider myself to be an old fart, but the company I work with deals with the high end real estate market and if you're not wearing a suit or a dress shirt with dress pants, the only jeans that are acceptable are designer jeans. I like RRL jeans. It uses japanese selvedge denim and I like that I'm wearing a designer jean that not many other people wear. I was told that my gap and levi's jeans were unacceptable so I was at a ralph lauren outlet store and found RRL jeans in the back and now thats all I wear. Fantastic quality and look. Even their skinny jeans aren't that skinny. I get the low straight or straight cut as I have big thighs and think that skinny jeans are best on girls.
