I have to admit, I don't drive my 911 in bad weather, it's not the car, it's the people on the road that I am worry about. Both my minivan and mdx got rear ended because someone decided they can brake at the same distance on ice.

 

are there really no dirty, dd 997s out there? we're always under some kind of water restriction here in Dallas, so i simply opt not to wash it that often. most people here run through car washes, but i'm too low for that and wouldn't do it anyway. on a nice day, i'll wash it in the drive, but i usually wait until it's pretty grimy - as you can see. keep in mind, it's hard to make a silver car look too dirty.

I drive my 997 every day, in all conditions. I did the same thing with my 996 before I sold it. The problem is that I don't typically take photos of the car when it's dirty! I'll have to snap a few pics in between washes...

 

yeah some are dirty but not that much as I have expected here. The photos are quite fascinating and some cars needs washing too.

 

Now that's a REAL daily driver!

 

It's embarrassing my car is this dirty but I've been enjoying driving it and no time to wash it. Maybe this week I'll wash it.

Hell, I just washed, clayed and waxed the 997.2 after about 2 years... should have photographed it first.
