Carrera GTS or F430
I have a 06 360 spider, 430 is a better car. If you have a chance, especially if its a direct swap, dont even think about it. The car is a beast. Different league. Keep in mind though the maintenence costs are ridiculous.
Did you have a chance to drive it yet?

No didn't drive it yet but have driven the 360 but went with the GTS. It wont be a even swap but I love the 430 but weary of the maintenance cost. I know the 430 is better then the 360 in that department, but anything can go wrong. The the main reason I went with the GTS over the 360 last year.
Ditto on that ^^^. My friend just traded his 01 360 spyder for a 07 430 yesterday in a F1 config though. he tried and tried to find a MT, but nearly impossible to find his color, miles, and price. At the end of the day...my opinion on your 2 cars in question, is the stigma attached to the F car, which would always find me buying a P car instead. I think the P car is quite obvious on the road to anyone with eyes, but the F car is off the charts... way to much attention for me. Cant say anything bout performance on any of your cars though. Good luck.
Just had a 308 GTS Magnum P.I. pass me on the hwy yesterday... the car commanded alot of attention for a 30 year old , $30k car... people were slowing down, speeding up to be near it. No thanks for that much attention.

From what i heard the F430 is the least expensive for maintance wise compared to 355 or 360 F430 is most reliable and the anual service isnt painful. But then again nothings cheap on a exotic lol

Depends on what you plan on doing ...if you drive your hot rod on weekends then get the Ferrari, if it's a daily driver go with 911.
There was a F430 & 360 on craigslist few months ago in my area. Both cars had service records & receipts.
I did the math and it came out to roughly $1 per mile to actually drive either car ...NOT including vehicle price, insurance & gas.
