I think both are okay. I have used them from parts but never used their service dept since I have always done the maintenance myself from oil change to clutch work. If you are coming from Plattsburgh, then Porsche Prestige is a bit closer.

i had my previous car serviced at lauzon - excellent service, no issues, quite professional.

i had my current car serviced at prestige (live 5 minutes away): so-so.

Prestige services a very large client base and are not as readily availabe to personalize service or try and keep you as a client.

just my 2 cents.

Lauzon all the way!! Over 15yrs delaing with them, service and parts, they go out of their way to help...

Prestige had couple of headaches with them with their service dept. They think porsche customer have lots of $$ and dont know anything about cars...

My 2 cents.

Prestige

I know both of these dealers very well and a long time.
Never had a problem with Prestige, nice loaners too.
Sometimes their charges are crazy high, ask first.
Simple things like tire changing and oil changes are at least twice the expensive price. Most of the work done has been warranty stuff so doesnt matter.
