Post LED replacement for the Headlight 5W Bulb

Hello,

I replaced the regular 5W bulb from the headlight with an LED and the sensor thinks there is no bulb, is there any solution besides installing a resistor?

Car needs to see a "load" of some type.

Do you mean the W5W type bulb? You can get one that has a built in load equalizer and that will prevent your car from throwing a code.

Which bulb did you replace?

Bulb chart

Low beam Philips D2S 35W
Additional high beam without cornering light H11 55W
Additional high beam with cornering light H7 LL 55W
Turn signal indicator light, side WY5W

If it was the WY5W - you might check with these guys:
