C4 gear oil or is it oils

been searching this and there is discussion that the transaxle takes one gear oil and the differential takes another type of gear oil.
im confused, can anyone clear this matter up.

i think the .2 cars are the same but the .1 cars like mine take one oil for it all. one reservoir.
