Des the engine have a longer warranty than rest of the car. My warranty runs out in a year does this mean that engine warranty also expires at this time. The body has a 10 year no rust through warranty.

 

AFAIK, the engine warranty is part of the "main" warranty which expires all at the same time. as you mention, a couple special items like rust are treated differently but not engine.

 

Emissions and airbags are warranted longer also.

 

It's all detailed in your warranty book.

I understand "easy" but you can't always believe what you read on the Internet so I like to do my own research. Based on the responses you've received so far, I haven't seen a definitive answer to your question, hence my suggestion to read the warranty book.
