Mexico Blue Wrap on 997.1 C2 w/Aero & Ducktail

Turning 50 this year so I thought I'd do something fun for myself. My car is going into the shop this Friday for a vinyl wrap job. I short listed three gorgeous vinyls but I finally decided on the 3M Intense Blue Gloss mainly for it's deep rich colour. The other candidates were Avery Light Blue and Avery Intense Blue. I can't wait and my wife is already afraid of all the attention the car (or I) will get by next week!

This will be very interesting for me. I have an arctic silver c4. I already put on the black trim head lights. Next I will be doing the black cf Lower mirror support. Basically I am heading cosmetically in the direction that you currently are (I also have the lobster forks but I think I will keep them silver with black bolts) . So I guess I have the mod bug. Dark blue would be my other car choice. Keeps us posted how it goes. Does the wrap have a semigloss finish? The wraps I have seen are too matte for my taste

3M Intense Blue is a gloss wrap so it will shine. How much shine? We'll see by next week. Matte wraps are cool but they are a little over done in my area.

I like you car as is. If I had the mod bug I'd probably cure it wioth some new wheels and suspension. But I can't wait to see the outcome.

How does the colour change work with the Ministry of Transportation? I guess you will have to re-registed the car, any inspections?

Have you checked out black chrome wrap? I saw a few GTR's online and they definitely turn heads.
