Did the unthinkable...
Evan,
Love the color! Interior is very sweet, suprising the dealer had one sitting there that well optioned. Must have been ordered and someone cancelled. Enjoy!
I have heard that the 997 S handles really good!

Mods will be coming slowly on this one, but I am sure it will look good when I get done with it
ProV1: We used the U Coat It (www.ucoatit.com). Was a PITA to put down, but has held up so far (about 8 months) very well!! Looks sweet!!
Buddy: I really believe it outhandles a 996TT even with Coils....

Evan,
i am confused about one statement.
"outhandles a 996TT even with Coils...."--- do you mean the 997 with coilovers outhandles the 996TT.
just the fact in any way it outhandles a 997 shows the truimph of true engineering at it's best.

I will let Evan speak for himself but I believe he means that a stock 997 S handles better than a 996 tt with coilovers. I have heard from some good sources that the 997 is a great handling car.
Yes I ment the stock 997S outhandles a 996TT with coilovers... I am not sure if it is true, but by the "feel" of the car it is just tighter... Don't realy know how to explain it...

RT7: If the right guy comes along I will sell it, but we will see...
Colonel: I don't thik they are chrome... They are the "Stainless Sport Tips" option from Porsche... But I most likely will be selling them in the future once my exhaust comes in
(No off the shelf exhaust for me
).
Shawn: Believe it or not, we have had the car 2 weeks... AND ITS STILL STOCK!!!!! Been driving it to work everyday in case I get tempted to just "throw" some springs on there or somthing... Kills me everyday when I walk into the warehouse looking at all the pretty parts
TestnDoc: I am sure that has somthing to do with it. Also the RWD and overal tighter feeling of the 997 helps as well...

The red looks good stock but even better modded as you saw by the car Michele built for Naples..Never thought red could look so good.
