anyone know of a power terminal with power only when the key is out of ignition

this is a tricky one, anyone here knows of a terminal we can connect to that has positive power only when the key is out of the ignition and has no power once the key is inserted?

A regular relay can be wired to do that. Any local 12v guy can set it up in minutes. The radio's ignition wire can be used in the circuit.
