Went to 2 porsche dealers in the Bay Area they dont have 997's on the lot, they sell that quicK? Also how much should I pay for a CPO 2002 996 cab tiptronic? thinking if I should get a new base 997 or go with a CPO 996 C4 or cab..any input?..Sharky is a bad influence,lol

i would also suggest the 997 with all the raves about it. new suspension system and it handles a whole lot better than the previous generation. as Evan said, his C2S handles even better than his 996 turbo with coilovers.. i also remember someone trading in his turbo S for a 997 C2S and saying the same thing even though people think he was crazy for doing that.

 

without a doubt the 997
just sit inside the new 997 and sit in the 996, u will see how dated the old design looks.
then the suspension is much better also.
