$375 including priority shipping and a T-shirt to boot is a steal!!! You may as well buy them and if you want to sell them down the line you'd get your money back!

Rolled into DuPont Registry St Pete/Clearwater, FL today with my new Bright DRL fronts & sporting my T-Shirt. Thanks! Install took all of 15 minutes. What a great upgrade. I then spent the next 8 hours installing H&R sport springs. Total transformation of my 2006 C2S.

I also got a set but am having some issues.

Taking the stock lights out was easy.

I put one set in and started testing but got a "Parking Light On" message on my dash.
I have the Rotec rear LED lights just as a FYI.

The orange blinkers worked and the center white strip lit up but the fog would not come on.
I thought the smaller middle plug was inserted wrong.
The middle bulb connector has no orientation mechanism like the outer connections.

I tried both ways and couldn't tell if it worked right.

I put the second light on and thought let me just get them on since I need to take my kid somewhere. I could troubleshoot later.

We'll I popped both in and the orange blinkers were working and I was off.

Came back later to try different orientations for the middle bulbs.
But I could not remove the lights.

With the factory lights some stiff cardboard removed them easily.
My manual did not have the white card to remove the lights so I had to improvise.

I did reach out to Jeff and he was awesome at calling me back in 5 min.
He said I need a flasher relay if I have rear LED's.
I had not heard anyone mention this.
It's only a $20 part but curious if anyone has had to do this and where do you install the sucker?
Jeff was again nice enough to point out a few places online selling them.

So questions I have are:

Do the middle tiny light sockets have an orientation?

Has anyone removed the aftermarket et LED lights after install & which tool worked best.

Did anyone who had the read LED lights need a flasher relay & any install steps online?

Thanks to Jeff and John for pointing out the great price on these lights.
I don't think the quality of the lights in any way has caused this issue.

Right now my blinkers only work.
No center white DRL and fogs don't work either.

Thanks for any help and wisdom you guy can provide!

RSW is infamous around these parts
Never heard of this additional "flasher relay" if both front & rear are LED.

Jeff was great and I resolved the issues.

The middle connectors have specific orientation but can be inserted 2 ways.
Once I had them in correctly it all works.

Also used a plastic putty knife with sharp edges sanded down to remove the lights.
Worked great!

Great write up.
Do yourself a favor and DON'T buy from Rottec. Their customer service blows!!!! This guy sounds great!

Just ordered mine, can't wait to get 'em! Also, if anyone is looking for LED rears, you can actually purchase direct from Dectane at dectane.de for CONSIDERABLY less than anyplace I've found selling them for in the states, just as an FYI. I think they'll look great with this LED DRLs...
