I would be perfectly content with a side skirt that wraps over the sill as all the other current NB ones already do. So long as it still had the subtle factory GT2 style and not the bloated look of the current aftermarket options.

I also think that the techart side skirts look to bulky. I'd be interested in seeing a prototype of the NB gt2 side skirt.

Agreed 100%.I bought a set of Techarts and had them painted, mounted them on the car and took them off 10 minutes later. The Techart fitment was very good but like you said...just looked too bulky and out-of-place on our cars!I didn't like the kinda twist they had,and I see that same twist(just NOT as pronounced as the Techarts) with the GT2's. Which is WHY I built my own side skirts. There was just nothing that suited the soft curves of the 997! But that is just my opinion!

Stacy,

If only there was a way to have your side skirts be manufactured on a bigger scale, you would probably make a killing.

Hi Stacy....hope all is well! Just put GT2RS side skirts on my car last weekend. Very subtle....but I love the look and my wife noticed them as soon as she opened the garage door.

Cheers,
VID

Yeah I tried to get one of the companies here from 6Speed to buy them and produce them but they didn't even come close to a number that worked, they basically offered me what one set would cost and I was including the rear spats! Too bad...now the moulds are sitting in my garage as we speak,LOL!

I would really like to see some progress made on producing these skirts. It seems to me like guaranteed sales to the first company who produces them.

Precision Porsche, Getty, Misha, GT3tek? Is anyone actively working on producing these side skirts? Seems like a fair bit of pent up demand for them.
