Hi, what does smart top do for the coupe? I thought that's for cabs only. Great mods btw.

The car sounds louder and stronger than stock... that's for sure. It's NOT super loud though. I like it because it sounds to me like a Porsche should sound from the factory.

It has a nice grunt at low RPM and stays pretty even throughout the RPM's until about 5,000-6,500 where it screams! Sounds much different under load than it does just revving, too or else I'd post a vid.

Thank you! The Smart Top for the coupe should do all of the same things minus control the top. In other words:

-chirp once for unlock
-chirp twice for lock
-windows up and down for lock and unlock
-front trunk switch delayed 3-4 seconds to prevent accidentally opening

perk, do you have the full x-51 kit, heads, ecu map, if that's what you call it, I see you have AWE headers...reason I ask is I have x-51 also and thinking of going to 200 cell cats and possibly headers, but wonder if I am going backwards since i'm sure Porsche did a pretty complete job when they built that, ...anything you can ad to shed light on my idea would be great, and I goes with out saying that, well I don't have to say what a beauty she is...

Nice looking car bud. Love Naples...been my 2nd home for 17 years. Will be down there next month hanging out at Campiello's on 3rd street on a daily basis with my Dad. Drives a 997 S Cab. Blue over Tan always parked out front.

You aren't in Royal Woods are you....off Rattlesnake and 41 ???

Just ordered the Anthracite Plasti Dip from Dipyourcar.com. Looks awesome on your rims. Can't wait to do mine.

That interior is so clean. lovely color.

Love what you've done with her, and those spacers will give her that finishing touch.

I had my friend Justin who is an awesome detailer do it with a Black & Decker and a 3 step process. If you'd be willing to drive to Naples he would be able to do your car if needed.

I have a "Mix & Match" X51 kit LOL

Basically, the car had all X51 parts and then when the exhaust and cats were done with AWE products, I did AWE headers to match. Also did my own ECU tune and changed the mapping slightly.

I don't think that you would be going backwards at all. With the X51 components I was making around 330rwhp and have managed to get her up to in excess of 340-342rwhp. She also sounds better and has more torque than before so I would definitely do it.

Thanks for the compliment! I am just off of 41 and Wiggins Pass. Over by the Lexus dealership. I'd be happy to meet up when you're down here. I've only been to Campiello's a couple times but love their food! It's funny you mention 3rd street because there's a Rennlist member that also wants to meet and suggested Bad *** Coffee up the street. Let me know when you're around and want to meet up!!

Thanks a bunch. I am excited to put spacers on. It will be that last little finishing touch before I can feel like the exterior is "done".

I am also having my AC fan/temp buttons redone and then I'll do a proper interior/exterior photoshoot with a real camera

I am having Color Glow do it. 60 bucks, one hour and they're like new but they will be all black. In other words, no "temp" or fan emblem.

By the way, HATTRICK - here are a few pics of my wheels during and after. Good closeups of the actual finish... enjoy!

Unfortunately we don't, but I guarantee they would look great. Have you ever consider getting some Black Lug Bolts? For more information Click Here.
