Just a quick hello and update on the latest P-car in the garage. As a longtime Porsche owner and PCA member, I just picked up a 2007 C2S. It's #22 in a long line of great, fun cars that encompass a 55 Speedster, 73 911 RS, 92 US Cup Car and 2004 GT3, among many others. It's been a good ride!

My latest was picked up this past weekend in St Petersburg, has 17.5K miles on it and is in CPO warranty till Jan 2015. Had a fabulous (for Florida) ride home and am glad to back in a 911 again.

This site has already helped with some tech details (DME range report, all good) and sources for an upgrade to the PCM/Bose audio.

Pretty sure I'll leave her stock and will only do occasional DE's in street config, just for grins. Here are a few pics;

Thanks to both of you for your kind words. As I look back at the good fortune I've had in making great P car friends and enjoying some cool rides, I feel very lucky and blessed.

Now, out to the garage for my next adventure!

 

Very cool car! I am not a fan of Turbo style wheels on a GT3 style (areo kit) car but I that's a quick fix if you decided to make a change...

What about the 69 911S with 2.2 upgrade, or the 63 T6 B Super Coupe with Elec sunroof and only 22K miles, or the US Cup Car (#21of45) ? Same answer.....all loved, all gone. C'est la vie!

Wheeler, yours is beautiful as well. Combo of color and wheels really sets it off. As to your description of the sound and feel, it is hard to top a 911 at full song, especially with an exhaust.
