Thanks guys - the H&R install went great today. Those guys over at Sharkwerks norcal are awesome and know their stuff! This is going to be an expensive addiction because I have three more mods tee'd up now! I am hopeful that I can meet some of you at the next meet up here in the bay? Maybe at the Monterey Italian event this weekend? I was thinking of maybe heading down there…the weather should be ideal!

I will post some H&R pics soon - the car looks so much more aggressive now! The ride is actually similar to stock and it handles like it is on rails. Well...I guess all the 997's do that ;-)

This is going to be one fun weekend!!

 

Ohhh one question for you 997'ers - I noticed that my oil meter went down a bar since I bought it. I picked it up with 18 miles and now I have about 120. Is this normal? There are no leaks and I have been driving it under 4K most of the time. I hit 5K a few times by accident...well sort of by accident. :-)

seal grey is a great color on a 997 cab, what color is your interior?
As to the oil meter, my 997 had the same reaction. Do not worry about the loss of a couple of bars, not significant. Look at where you park, any incline will throw the meter off.

Read the manual. Enjoy your new cab use it in the best of health.
