Impressions of my 997 vs the old 996

And just to note - by no means did I want to show the 996 in bad light. I loved my 996 as well - wouldn't have bought it otherwise. I just highlighted some differences that struck me based on my experience

The pictures with the greenery were taken at New Croton Dam in Cortlandt, NY. I did a Bear Mountain-Seven Lakes Drive run and headed to the dam in the evening. The backroads from 7L drive to the dam were amazing! Un-surprisingly, you can have a lot of fun in a 911 even when doing 30-40 mph on nice winding roads with decent variation in contours.
