Question 997.1 19" Turbo Wheels on 997.2 C4S...two front wheel sizes

Hey guys...I'm planning on buying a set of 997.1 19" turbo wheels for my 997.2 C4S and really need some input here before I make the buy.

My understanding is that the turbo wheels on the 997 turbo are 8.5 x 19 with a 56MM offset (part 997.362.156.05), while the turbo wheels that were an upgrade option on the 997.1 C4S are 8.0 x 19 with a 57mm offset (997.362.156.02).

Will both fit perfectly fine on my car? and are their any pros/cons with going with the 8.5" vs 8? and same with the 56 vs 57mm offset?

I just don't want any issues if there are any drawbacks to not getting the exact spec of whats needed for my car.

THANKS in advance folks

Should be fine. I'm running Turbo wheels that came from the factory (https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...-ii-wheel.html)

They would be an improvement. The wider drive wheels reduce understeer. If you run the turbo rear wheels with the 51 rear offset, they will be much more flush in the rear and look more aggressive. You can easily run the 305s in the rear with no issues. The overall wider track will improve handling.

Note that the "turbo look" wheels offered on narrow body cars look the same and are forged but are different offsets.

Thanks for input guys. Sounds like the take-off wheels from a turbo with the 56mm offset upfront will work just fine with a C4S, along with the 51mm offset wheels in the rear
