Just saw this on Gizmodo. It's a back-up phone battery that can jump your car.

Battery is 6,000mAh with a 300A output.

Sounds like it'll definitely jump my 997, 993 and 1098 (all of which are out of juice).

(No tender option because the Condo HOA has already flagged/fined me for using electricity).

I purchased a pre-order and will post an update when it arrives.

 

Packing that much power, I would worry about it exploding or getting a nasty shock from it.....I'll pass...good luck with it.

 

That's a good point. It didn't dawn on me because I've constantly jumped by bike with a Makita drill battery.

That said, I've never done that with a car.
