I did a fault scan and to my surprise I received several codes and don t know what they mean,

C140 (possibly related to bleeding brakes?)

C158 (airbag?)

C102
C152 (seat related?)

8010

Everything seems to be working fine.

 

I have hooked up my Durametric cable to my car and I have seen smiliar codes. Some relate to the airbag, the comfort seat, communications faults, etc. My undstanding is that the communications are digital and there are often errors in the communoications between modules, computers, other devices. The on board computer is programmed to record but not report (dash warning lights) these faults as they are often "noise". You can clear the codes and see which ones come back. I did not clear the codes on my car. I would not worry about it unless you start to get the normal warning lights. If that happens, I would clear the codes and see if the warnings return.
