P1485 Tank Lead Diagnosis Module

Good evening folks,
I get this CEL on my 2006 C2S once per tank of gasoline. Always occurs on start up. Sometimes at 3/4 of a tank sometimes at 1/4. Anyone seen it before? I replaced the gas cap, but no joy. Possible solutions? Let me know if you need more info.

Thanks!
Don

Vent line leak. It's not at the tank, it's on the left side of the TB in the engine.
