here mine with a factory GT3 front end from Suncoast:

 

not sure how I like the 991 gt3 frankenstein bumper on the 997, but would be interested in seeing the finished product.

 

997 is more attractive than 991 in my opinion. Transforming a 996 to the 991 look would make sense and be money well spent.

Buy early model 996, perform IMS solution update, 991 front and rear bumper modification would be an interesting project

 

Tip over onto it's nose under heavy braking or with a strong tailwind?

 

if the workmanship is top notch it should turn out pretty well imo

 

Sub for final results. I thought about this on my 997tt but I may just go for the gt2 front conversion.

 

OP is installing a 991 GT3 front end. The 997 aerokit/gt3 front end is EVERYWHERE already

Looks great. Surprised you didn't go for the 991 headlights also....

There was another thread where someone installed the 991 headlights on their 997.2

 

you guys do really good body work from the past cars i've seen. I'm sure this will come out great as well
