That car is gorgeous! I love the midnite blue. I have H&R's on mine too, the drop is perfect although there is no speed yellow left on the bottom of my spoiler!

I've owned my share of modified/lowered sports cars, and now that I'm 41 (someone please pass me the Geritol) the last thing I want to do is modify my 997 in any way whatsoever when it arrives in a few weeks.

......until I saw those pics you posted.

Absolutely friggin' supersweet!

Mika,

You've GOT to lower the thing. It makes an incredible difference in the stance, more aggressive. It's not a very expensive mod either. If you do lower it make sure you get the wheels aligned afterwards. RUF said mine was out of spec even before they put the new springs on. By the way, the lowering springs did not have any negative affect on my PASM equipped car, it still works perfectly, albeit each setting is just a little harder than the factory ride.

Nice tight looking rear end Vincenzina! Those
springs transform your car....beautiful.

FlyingLow:

After looking at some more pics of stock height 997's and comparing it to the ones posted above, I'm definitely going to give this serious thought now.

Since I didn't go w/PASM, I'll probably have less of a hard time dealing with the changeover (mentally I mean).

Springs or full on adjustable coilovers? Hmmm.....:D

One thing is for sure, I'm going to add some wheel spacers; 5mm/10mm/17mm, some combination to be determined after more research.

That should tighten up the look of the car.......most definitely!

Now if the Auto Banner's Captain could just give the order to go to 120% on the reactor, maybe.......just MAYBE my car will arrive a bit soooooooner!!
