Anyone tried a 255 Pirelli P-Zero Racing Slick on 8" wheel?

(front wheel on a 997S)

Any feedback regarding fit and performance?

(Yes, I KNOW its out of spec....thats why I am asking....)

i havent tried it but arent our S wheels 8.5"? not that it makes much difference for a 255 tire but just sayin.

and how do you find "spec" re: wheel width vs tire width?
