This has happened infrequently but often enough that I thought I'd ask you folks for some advice and assistance.

My Bose system (yes, I know. we all hate Bose) has on a few occasions just stopped working, except for what sounds like the bass subwoofer spitting out some low frequency sounds. It doesn't matter if it's tuned to the AM, FM, SAT, or the CD player. Sometimes it happens if I've turned the car off but left the key in the ignition and the radio on. When I re-start the car the radio will act up. I could do this 10 times and not have an issue, then that one time the radio goes on strike. A couple of times it has happened during normal driving - the radio just stops working. Eventually, it will come back on as mysteriously as it quit.

Anyone with a similar experience or remedy??

 

Yup! Mine would sometimes not display anything. A few Miles later, things go back to normal.

Normally, if I turn the car off and on again, the problem gets solved.

 

Started car this morning......radio works fine. I wonder if my warranty covers gremlins?
