Last week I replaced my battery.
Afterwards I noted that Nav is loading and Map is loading.
For a couple of days this went on.
I looked in the manual, p 63, states after replacing battery it could take about 15 minutes to load.
I tried resetting the Nav (took out the fuse). I tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it and left the car on/drove for 25 minutes and it still has not loaded.
Any advice?

Maybe try ejecting the disc from NAV drive then re-inserting?

Forgot to mention.
I have a 997.2 with PCM 3
My understanding is this is a HD system, no disc in boot (I checked ,could not find one)
