I'm really excited for the Revealing! This car will blow the F430 out of the water.

 

Because that won't be the actual....same way they masked the front on the 997, remember those hideous disguises?

At first glance it looks very similar to a 996...the design isn't different enough. Maybe it will from a different angle. I'm sure performance will be great though.

 

So was the 360 Modena, and the 996TT had no problem demolishing it.

 

My work monitor is much better...but still...It looks like a factory piece that fell off and had to get taped back on, and the turbo exhaust got so hot it melted the plastic (ok, it's camo). Eric, did you get a bulk deal to do bulk bumper plugs in the rear bumper (seriosly looks like reverse radar in working order).

 

If it's north of $150k and looks like this I'll pass....they should just buy RUF and use the RT12 as the Turbo.

 

Wing sucks...and aero wing for 997 sucks too......Will have to wiat and see in the flesh first!

 

997 aero kit is awsome

The rear wing is just more "trying to look like past Porsches"...just like the rear wiper being installed in the glass... which will also make it hard to do a rear wiper delete mod.

 

Def think it's gonna be > $150k - How about just supercharging a 997s with aerokit and other mods?

 

I sorta like the look of the 996tt better. I am sure that is not a finished version, but from what I see,the lights look too small for the back of that car. The 996tt has better flow.
If you take a good look at the same angle photo of them both( 996 and 997) you will see that there is not much more you can do to make the turbo better..

 

I am with you on this one - my favorite so far is one of the more subtle techart rear wings and the cargraphic carbon front lip......

RSS - isn't your 997 supercharged ? How is it ?
