Airbag warning light on 997.2

Hi guys, I don't know if any one have the same problem that im experimenting now. I decide to paint my center console to match with the exterior color, i removed and i leave the harness connected, and i didn't star my car until i reinstall it with the new color. Now when i installed back the Airbag red warning light on the dashboard is on, but no error or messages in the computer. Has any one off you guys experiment this?
Thank you

Probably just need to clear the code. Electronics throw airbags sometimes like the battery being disconnected.

Make sure you connected the small white plug under the console, which is the airbag indicator light on the actual console. Then, disconnect the battery as this might reset the code. If not, take it by the dealer and they can reset it for you. Mine performs this service for free, so don't let them charge you. I just went through the exact same instance with the console swap and light.

Removing the battery connection would've prevented this, however since you already have the issue what I found out the hard way when I removed the passengers seat is that after a week or so of driving it cleared itself out
