I bought a 2009 C4S and have to remove all four wheels...being new to Porsche I am wondering other than the 4 outside jacking points is there a safe location to lift the car from the rear so I can get my 2 rear jack stands in...I have the front jack stands in already, just need to get the rears in...any help would be greatly appreciated!
Were there any clearance issues with the pad sitting on top of the jack sliding under the car? It would defeat the purpose if you had to lift the car elsewhere to fit the pad/jack under the car.

Don't know...but you can always drive the car on a piece of wood (2 x 10) to get some additional clearance.

I have a low profile jack and my 997 is stock height. I have no clearance issue with my set up. I also ordered the low profile jack pad for the jackpoint jack-stands. This setup gives me confidence that I can elevate my car without risk of the car falling off the stands and getting damaged or injuring me.
