Pad imprints on brake rotor

Can one remove the pad imprints on the brake rotors (or discs) by adopting the "bedding-in" procedure again? Thanks.

Drive the *** of it. A few really good deep late-braking sessions should have the disks wiped clean.

Not likely. Does the car shudder when braking lightly? You need to install an abrasive track day pad and drive for a coupla hours or so then swap back to stock.

We have actually just taken a 90 degree wizzer wheel with a Scotchbrite pad on it and scuffed the rotors.

Worked like a charm. Vibration gone.

...or you can do what Le Chef said and drive the *** out of it. That will work to.
