wheel spacers

Searching didn't answer my specific questions. I have the turbo style wheels on a c2s 997.2 and want to push the wheels out more flush. Anyone have any pics with sizes? Don't want to far just flush.

You have a NB car. With NB wheels common spacers are 7mm front, 15mm rear.

Are your turbo style wheels NB offsets or WB offsets? If they are from a turbo car then they are WB offsets. WB cars already have 16mm less offset in the rear so the rear spacer would not be needed. The fronts are the same between NB and WB so 7mm up front would be needed.

I run 7.5mm spacers up front, WB rears without spacers, and 305 rear tires with a slight drop. This is the only recent photo with the 305 rears, it's very flush:

That looks good. They are NB wheels as they sit quite a ways sub flush. So around 7mm and 15mm. if I had a choice of 5 or 10 only for front what would you use(local friend had a few sets laying around)

You can easily fit 10's (or larger) on the front of a NB car with stock offset wheels. Your wheels should have the offset stamped on them. It will just be a small 2-digit number. 57 is the stock front offset and 67 for the NB rears.

Another thing to consider is if you ever get an alignment with more aggressive negative camber than the stock alignment settings then the tops of your wheels will tilt inwards making them appear to tuck under the wheel wells even further.

10mm should be fine. Just be sure the spacer has a hubcentric lip on it, not the flat style. The wheel hub has a taper to it. A 10mm flat spacer might not center your wheel properly because the hub is narrower at that point. Pull the wheel caps when installing the wheels the first time to visually check your hub to wheel gap (if any).

Here are some pics of the NB Turbo style wheels with 15mm spacers front and rear. So 57/67 offsets becomes 42/52. Dropped on Bilstein coilovers with more aggressive camber front and rear than stock. Michelin Super Sports (235/295).

I have 15mm all around, and couldn't be happier with the look. Mine's a 997.1 NB with Turbo wheels.
