Check out what I came out to today after work (sorry about quality -- camera phone). I am still p*ssed about it. As my husband noted immediately when he viewed, the other car was a dirty, scratched up, POS. While it looks like it is touching, there was actually a tiny bit of space between the two cars. I have the jerk's license plate number and I know they have to be someone that works in my building because no visitor would be parked on that level of the parking garage. Seriously, I felt like smashing this jerk's windows in -- and it gets better the jerk parked to my left was over the white line (that photo was taken after i started to pull out of the space).
