Help me with oil plug/washer question

997.2 (2009)... While changing my oil I noticed that there was no crush washer. I change my own oil and put one on last time but apparently while having the oil pan gasket replaced last year the tech didn t use one. It looks like my same plug (doesn t look new). I say this because while searching parts I see there is one plug that get s a washer and one that doesn t call for one. (Both on pelican parts). So my question is do I use a washer this time or not? It would be strange for the tech not to use one .
It wasn t leaking either time.
I see no part number on the plug, Help.

Thanks, Not feeling confident on parts I got so I did order new parts. Car will have to sit a few days till part gets here. Shipping is as much as the part, LOL. Was thinking of installing old plug with a new washer I have, but for a few days maybe I ll just wait. It s not my daily driver anyway.
PS/ which means most likely the tech neglected to put the washer on. That s why if possible due your own work.

I splurged for the magnetized one, 3 oil changes, no problems yet. Havent seen any metal bits but if there were better to end up on magnet than floating around.
