Hey guys, I don't write posts often but this one deserved mentioning so here goes.

I bought Pagid Yellow pads from vivid in the past but wanted to switch it up to blue or black pads. Ended up ordering black pads but the wrong size came.

Jay was very quick to send me the return shipment label and most importantly, stayed with me through the process to make sure I got the difference refunded to me.
