997 transponder
Does anyone know the name of the transponder in a 997.1 2006 key?
It's broken, that's the reason of buying a new one as the electricboard inside is working perfectly and it would be a waste to buy a brand new key for just the transponder. My problem is the car not recognizing the key. (It's broken, programming wont work).

To help people in the future, if anyone ending up with the same problem and come across this thread from google.
The transponder name is: pcf7936 (PCF 7936)
