Some A**hole was nice enough to give me this yesterday in a parking lot and slip off into the darkness of night unencumbered and unconcerned.

... and a Merry F**** Christmas to him whoever and wherever he is!

that sucks I hate when people do that sort of thing.
It does look like from the picture that a paint less dent removal guy might be able to repair it.

Gave the little car, 997 Cab S, a rest in the garage and gave the truck, Cayenne S, a 2700 mile workout, followed by a day at the spa, full detail.

82mm IPD plenum and matching GT3 throttle body. This is the newer style one too with the golf ball interior aerodynamics. Great end of year deal at ECS Tuning (no affiliation). Can't wait to install it.

not trying to be a smart ***, but what difference would it be to just using a leaf blower?

Good question. I've used a leaf blower before. I've also used the motor to my shop vac, set in reverse mode. The Griot's dryer has these advantages:

1. It's very small and very easy to set up. My leaf blower has a 2-cycle gas engine, so that's a stinky pain in the ***. It's also a pain to disassemble my shop vac.
2. The Griot's unit is very small and it concentrates the air flow very nicely through the nozzle. It gets water out of tight spaces very effectively.

So, to answer your question, the Griot's unit is more convenient and it works better.

I see thanks I have the advantage of my house central vac system being installed in The garage and it's a very easy set up to switch the hose from sucking air into blowing air, is just a matter of maneuvering the hose around, I guess that would be the advantage of the smaller unit.
