I recently had to update my telephone and I already have five paired devices on my Tooki (nav tv), according to the instructions I have to delete one or more in order to make space for the new one, however I cannot delete any of my old phones, on the phonebook, whenever I select any contact the delete option is not available , anyone ever run into this issue before?

 

I'm having problem with pairing too. My phone cannot "find" Tooki. I turned off the cell phone as well as the ignition even turning off TEL on center console. No luck.

 

I have same problem, cant delete phones from list, my new phone sees the tooki but tooki wont let me delete any of the 5 phones listed and cant seem to get anyone to help... any word on this issue

 

I forgot what the fix was, but I did end up fixing it, had to call neat-tv tough, suggest you give them a ring, it took 1 min and they guided me over the phone and solved it.

 

thanks!! was able to find 2 of the old phones that were previously paired... charged them, paired them and was able to delete them... then was able to pair new Samsung...
