Manual gearbox juice selection?

And Suncoast has the regular recommended juice for more, just wondering what I should purchase to get this done. 102k mi.

lurchphil is infamous around these parts

Use the Mobilube PTX from Suncoast. Anything else will disappoint. I have used the Motul but the PTX makes the shifting much smoother.
